First prize in the contest for the International Exposition of Arts & Technics in Modern life, this pastel shades magnificent poster has been realized by Eugène Baudoin and Marcel Lods. Perfectly illustrating the main idea of this event, which is celebrating the union of arts and technology, the artwork shows two main themes of the Exposition : electricity, uniquitous in this parisian night landscape, and aviation, with a “Paris” tittle drawn by a few planes in aerial acrobatics and the Seine river looking like airplane wings.
