We are in february 1964 and the police officer in charge of traffic at Place de Varsovie, just between the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadéro, is now working from a podium which allow him to have a better general view to regulate the traffic. Protected from the rain and the sun by a small metal roof, it’s almost reaching the top confort standards…
