View taken from the Concorde place, next to the Rouen city statue signed by Jean-Pierre Cortot. The Hôtel de la Marine building has been executed by Anges-Jacques Gabriel : opened in 1774 as the Hôtel du Garde-meuble, he was a forerunner to the National Furniture Storage. The Navy Ministry finally held the building from 1806 to 2015.
