Like each year at this period, Paris was almost empty on august 15th, during the feast of the Assumption of Mary. This picture was taken at 11 AM on the Grands Boulevards by a France Presse agency photographer. And with this rare view of a desert Richelieu Drouot corner, which is used to be a busy and crowded area, Paris really looks like a ghost town…
