Originally intended for cyclists, but pretty popular on motor scooters too, these pennants where seen fluttering on two wheels during the 50’s and the 60’s. Then little by little, they started to disappear. But some of them may dream to take a ride again, while some others are looking for a peacefull indoor place…

This one shows the Moulin Rouge / Tour Eiffel / Sacré-Coeur trio. Three metal eyelets allow it to be hanged. Circa 1960
