How to get my order ?

Each item available on this website can be shipped to France and Worldwide, with a tracking number. The different shipping options are detailed further on this page.
A pick-up in Paris (19th borough) can also be setted by appointment only, in the manner described on the last section of this page too.
Shipping options
–
The basic shipping modes are the tracked letter for documents, and the tracked package for bigger pieces. A delivery with signature which includes insurance is also available, offering a maximum shipping security level. As we decline any responsability with the standard shipping options in case of loss or damage, the registered mail can be selected without any minimum order amount.
We send your orders twice a week, usually on monday and thursday, as of between 1 and 4 days following your payment.
Track my order

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with all the informations that will allow you to track the package.
We put a very special care to pack and protect your orders, and we use to send vintage goods worldwide since years, but we recommand you to always check your package at the delivery time to check if it hasn’t been dammaged or opened during the shipping. For any question or claim, please use our contact form and do not forget to give us all the informations about your order.
Hand delivery in Paris

We offer a free in-store pick up option for all our items, by appointment only. To arrange an appointment in our private lab (located in Paris 19th arrondissement and easily accessible by metro) please use the contact form to send us a request and do not forget to specify which items you want to purchase. The pick up appointments usually take place during the week-end but some other time slots can exceptionnaly be selected.
This option is based on trust : as soon as you will ask for it, the items will be unavailable for online purchase until the pick-up rendez-vous. So by requesting it, you agree to honor the deal. Beyond the term of appointment, the items will be offered online again and no claim will be accepted in case of unavailability.
